A delicate matter

Anyone familiar enough with cooking or consuming exotic foods will undoubtedly tell you that the word "delicatessen" is, in fact, quite precise in hinting us to be delicate (i.e. cautious) with your dish.

Given the traditions of some national cuisines, this is extremely true — sometimes you have to watch out so that your meal won't bite your tongue off.1
